At Peptiq Labs, we take pride in quality control, packaging integrity, and transparent processes. Due to the nature of research materials, our returns and refunds policy is designed to protect product integrity while ensuring fair resolution when issues arise.
All Sales Final
All products sold by Peptiq Labs are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. This policy is in place to maintain product integrity and ensure compliance with handling standards for research materials.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue promptly, include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
Upon verification, Peptiq Labs may, at its discretion:
Issue a replacement, or
Issue a refund to the original payment method
Shipping Issues
Peptiq Labs is not responsible for:
Delays caused by carriers
Incorrect address information provided at checkout
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier
If a shipment issue occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier claims where applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
